I lost two brothers who passed away while in thier thirtys to heart atacks and cancer.As I grew older I began to think a lot about death and where I would spend eternity. I knew in my heart what the answer to this question was and it wasn't good. It was on a Saturday Morning that someone knocked on my door with two questions for me to answer that my life and my views on death would change forever.This person assured me that yes, God does love even Me and no matter what my age or what I had done in the past He would forgive me and extend to Me this gift of Eternal Life! Three years later I did face heart surgery. As I was being prepared for surgery I had a Peace that I could never have known had I not accepted this wonderful gift that My Lord Jesus Christ offered and gave to me.
When I received Eternal Life I soon discovered that I didn't have to face the fears and stress of this life alone. I have a "comforter" like none other and he guides and supports me all the way.
Now that I have Eternal Life I no longer death.
I have faced open heart surgery, had near misses envoling automobils. More close calls than I care to remember, but one thing never changes.God is always with me and there to comfort and assure me that I will have Eternal Life.
God not only gives us a more abundent life on this Earth but assures us that this is only the begining. We will forever in Christ!
