I learned early on that knowing about Jesus and having a personal relationship with Jesus are two different things. Man can let you down in life; you cannot believe 100% in man. But, with Jesus all of His promises are true. God is always with me, through the good times and the bad times. When I really took the time to read and study His Holy Word, God has revealed Himself to me. I have learned to see God's nature. He is gentle, loving, forgiving, longsuffering and patience. I can talk to God any time, day or night and pour out my heart to Him. Having peace of mind and contentment knowing that if I died today, I will have eternal life. To me. that is true peace.
