In God's Hand

When I first started driving, I was considered an aggressive driver. I had quite a few "fender-benders" the first few years I had my license. One day I was driving in South Carolina and was turning left in an intersection as the light was turning red. An oncoming car blew the red light and we collided head on. Their car continued through and ramped up onto the grass in front of a gas station. My head hit the rear view mirror and cracked the windshield. The lady in the other car was pregnant. Somehow noone was injured. While this experience may cause many people to fear the unknown of what would have happened if they were to die in a car accident, knowing I have eternal life because of God's promise just reassures me that no matter what may happen to me, I can have peace knowing that I am in His hands and in His protection.
I know that I will be with God in heaven the moment I die here on earth. I have that confidence.
