This was hard because there were days when I felt important, but whenever I experienced rejection or a lack of attention, my feelings about myself plummeted.
I often felt let down by life, and entertained thoughts about my funeral where I would finally be missed.
I was very involved in religion, but didn't see it as a real solution to what I was dealing with.
One day I came to understand that I could receive eternal life that began right away!
After this realization my life changed. God had given me this amazing gift! I now felt important and cared for by someone who has never let me down.
I can know live a life that is free and fulfilling, instead of spending my time feeling sorry for myself.
God's gift of life is beyond comparison, and it lasts forever!
