Peace that Passeth all Understanding

I have peace always since becoming a Christian. I am not saying that my life is peaceful and at rest but I am talking of the peace in my soul erasing any fear of where I will go when this body dies.

I used to tremble and fear at the thought of dying, not knowing where I would spend eternity. I haven't had this happen in over 37 years since becoming a Christian.

Again, I received peace that does pass all understanding upon coming to know Jesus. Not only that my wants and desires changed drastically. My life style took on a whole different character.

My life is now centered more around God and his direction for my life rather than my own destructive direction.

I came to Christ on April 26th, 1974, over 37 years ago.

My sister and brother-in-law had been introduced to Christ the day before and wanted to share the good news with my mother and myself. They came over the following day with a Bible and verses underlined to share with us this good news. After hearing and reading them I realized my need and accepted this free gift.
